This home is as described with one of the best supplied kitchens I’ve encountered. It had many utensils, pots/pans, serving/mixing bowls, blender, multiuse slow cooker, and the list goes on. It is stocked with dinner and drinkware that can be taken outside for al fresco dining. The back yard set up looked amazing (rainy weekend kept us from enjoying it) but certainly would have met our expectations. We particularly liked having King beds and plenty of living room space to watch TV and hang out in the evenings. (One thing of importance to note is there is a sunken living room which was a tripping/stumbling hazard for my elderly Dad.)
It is located within minutes of Jax Beach Pier, beaches, a public boat ramp as well as shops, dining, and grocery stores.
Andrew was communcative and checked to make sure all was well upon our arrival.
There were plenty of linens, blankets, beach towels etc. Overall a good experience.
