This is a great house. Best part is the beautiful backyard pool. During my stay, there was a new home being built directly next door, so the construction noise impacted our enjoyment of the pool a bit, but the noise could not be heard from inside the house. One thing to note is that while the house is only 6 blocks from the beach, getting to the beach requires crossing 3rd Street which has heavy traffic and no lights for a few blocks, so the walk to the beach ended up being longer than expected but definitely still doable.
