This is a typical older home that you will find in St. Augustine converted into rental rooms.
Perfect for a quick stay ( we stayed 2. Nights)
Excellent location in the historic section , walkable to everything. Parking across the street in the city lot provided by host . Room ( porcelain room) was clean and comfortable with a private bathroom and king bed .
We would stay again . Contactless check in and out, host checked in with us to make sure everything was OK .
If you want a business center , gym etc. this is not the place for you.
If you are fine with basic , clean and comfortable this home is perfect .
One note make sure your device chargers are plug in type as there are no USB slots in the room .
Nice sitting area downstairs with a coffee machine and an outside porch with chairs for those nice summer nights
