We are looking to buy in the neighborhood and wanted to experience the area. It was surprisingly quiet for an urban core location. I felt very safe walking around the area. The neighbors are extremely nice. We tried the area restaurants Tulua Bistro, The district and Crispies and they were all really good. The location is super close (5minutes) to the sports complex- Vystar Arena, Daily’s Place and The baseball field. We saw tons of people walking dogs and families with strollers. I would definitely stay here again.
