We stayed during Nights of Light and this airbnb was in the absolute BEST location. We were able to park and never move our car (which was the goal for the weekend). Super walkable to everything we needed but just far enough off the path to not be around all the noise of nightlife. Room was as described and was a perfect place to stay with our 6 year old. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching at night.
Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. I reached out to the host a few times and received answers to my questions quickly. I would recommend this host/location to a friend
