We wanted to be in the old part of St Augustine and very walkable. This place was it! Very close to everything and felt homey and comfortable. Definitely would stay again. We needed an extra bed as we were a couple and my cousin was with us. She had a single space with a bit of privacy. The price was very reasonable compared to the current rates in the Christmas light season. Near restaurants, the Fort, College and additional parking. I much preferred this to the name brand hotels on the main strip. Quiet charm.
