We are just a husband and wife team trying to enhance short term rental experiences one guest at a time. With a passion for real estate, investing in rental properties was a given for us. This passion for real estate combined with our love of travel and attention to detail has brought us here. We have stayed in some wonderful bnb’s all over the country and quickly realized all of the factors that make a bnb experience truly memorable.

We believe that EVERY experience should be a 5 star experience! We own and operate both long and short term rental properties and we would love to manage yours.

Andrew began his journey in real estate by listing his apartments on Airbnb in 2017, shortly after completing his graduate program, and he’s been hooked ever since. His expertise in business, marketing, and technology makes him an invaluable asset to both our team and our partners. Andrew’s mission at Joseph Ellen Properties is to provide exceptional service while creating a lasting impact in the community and preserving the unique charm of Jacksonville. An entrepreneur at heart, Andrew thrives on taking risks and building something extraordinary. His business acumen has been instrumental in developing the systems and processes that keep our operations running smoothly.

Melody began her real estate journey as a licensed agent with one of the nation’s top commercial real estate firms, managing over 30 properties across St. Louis and Jacksonville. At Joseph Ellen Properties, she plays a dual role—overseeing daily operations and bringing Andrew’s bold ideas to life while excelling in interior design and property management. Her extensive property management background has honed her skills in efficiency and determination. When she’s not coordinating with handymen or running the business, you’ll find her working out, spending time with her two energetic terriers, or diving into personal development.
