Full-service property Management
Joseph Ellen Properties understands that well-maintained vacation rental properties will keep families coming back year after year. That’s why we take property management very seriously. When you list your investment property with us, it will receive:
Professional cleaning and turnover service to clean and sanitize every room in the home
Receive dynamic pricing & data sourcing to stay on top of occupancy rates, average daily rate, travel trends and ideal booking windows for your specific property & region.
Full-service property management. Your property is taken care of by the best, all vetted and screened by us. Inspections & regular maintenance are provided, and we use digital toolsets to track cleanliness, maintenance requests, and restock of essential products. If something needs to be fixed, cleaned, or maintained, you’ll be notified right away as our professionals will be working to resolve any issues before the next guests arrive.

Every home in our portfolio undergoes a unique four-step process, starting with post-checkout inspections, followed by meticulous cleaning from our dedicated team. Our Housekeeping Manager then conducts cleaning inspections, and finally, our Property Managers ensure each rental is guest-ready. 

We manage basic repairs and maintenance in-house to address issues as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible.
