From the start, everything was seamless—Andrew provided clear instructions for check-in, and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished, with all the comforts we could ask for. We were especially happy to find that the property had two full bathrooms instead of just one, as listed—it made getting ready and winding down after the game so much easier!

We enjoyed being able to walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping areas. There is a shared common area with a grill to use as well. We had a longer stay (month plus) and felt like the place was suitable enough to live in for an extended amount of time. I recommend this listing if you are visiting Jax and want to be close to downtown and centrally located.

В объявлении не было написано, что эти вещи есть, так что претензии нет. Просто для проживания это не совсем удобно. Нам понравился район, особенно удобно что продуктовый магазин в пешей доступности. Нам понравился задний двор и наличие гриля. Единственное огорчило это наличие больших тараканов. Мы убили 4 тараканов за наше пребывание. Но это Флорида, наверное насекомые тут водятся.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving:
REFUND DISCLAIMER:
Please note that if a refund is issued for your booking, the processing fee of 3.9% will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3.9% processing fee per Stripe’s return policy. This applies to direct bookings and bookings made through select booking channels. Thank you for your understanding.
● No cats allowed.
● No garage access. For liability reasons, per our insurance we must keep the garage doors closed. Why you may ask? In the past year we have had garage doors ran into, hit by trucks, fall off the tracks, and even our garage door motor knocked off the ceiling by a vehicle. Each time is generally a $1500+ fix.
● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
● No pets.
● No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine to cover additional cleaning costs.
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
●If there is a W/D available then the Washer/dryer is available for 1+ week stays ONLY. Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if
units are damaged due to improper use.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate

The quaint San Marco area centers on its leafy namesake square, a lively hub with indie boutiques and casual eateries serving brunch, pizza and ice cream. Chic bistros and trendy bars dot surrounding streets. The art deco San Marco Theatre shows art-house movies and new releases, and rock bands play at intimate venue Jack Rabbits Live. The neighborhood is also known for its old riverfront mansions.
