Place was as described. It was clean & comfortable. When we first arrived before entering the house we were greated by a lady walking down the road with empty jug of water asking if we could fill it, which I did. Little alarming but, wasnt bothered after that. We never could find remote for tv though but, my son was able to download app to control from his phone. Door handle on half bath came off, no screws to hold in place, master bath toliet seat needs to be replaced or tightened up, no towel rack. Overall was a nice place served its purpose, we were in town for a concert which was only a 10 min ride. Went to one of the local breweries which was fun. Hosts were always responsive to our questions. Thank you!

We (family of 4 plus dog) stayed for two nights. The home is clean, updated, and comfortable. Communication was great.

Andrew and Melody were greats hosts for our family Christmas Trip. They pay close attention to detail and truly make their guests feel welcomed. We had a larger group and they even made accommodations to get us more supplies for the trip to make our stay that much better.
They were very great with communication and responded very promptly.
AirBnb was exactly as pictured. Very clean and tidy. No clutter. Multiple amenities.
Their Airbnb is a great option for Anyone visiting Jacksonville but specifically larger families. Lots of room to spread out and do your own thing, get ready for events and spend time together!

Andrew and Melody were very responsive host however this location is run by a major rental company with over 100 properties. The townhome was very nice and decorated with some minor cosmetic damage from previous renters and floors could have been mopped prior to our arrival. The townhome is surrounded by a less than ideal neighborhood but you cannot tell by the pictures. That being said we did not have any issues with safety during our stay. Overall, our stay was good but would look elsewhere when returning to the area.

Great stay at a spotless newer construction townhome! Easy access to highways, to downtown, and to the beaches. The home is 5 minutes to San Marco and many restaurants and walkable downtown. The home has a garage which is great for safety. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and is very clean, like the rest of the house. Fully fenced backyard was great for my little dog. Excellent choice in the Jax area!

This was my second time renting from Andrew and Melody and I will rent from them again. This location was beautiful, clean, private, and perfect for my family. I loved the fully fenced back yard and private area for hanging outside. 5/5 stars from us! Will definitely try to get again if returning to Jacksonville.
