Although the host was very friendly and responsive the condition of the inside and outside of the home was less than pleasing. The landscaping has been extremely neglected and does not match the photos provided to the booker. The plumbing in the home is in need of attention asap. Hot tub has not been taking care of properly (green & smells) along with quite a few broken items through out the home. I expected more from this property considering what we paid.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and lots of space to entertain my family. Pool and hot tub was perfect for the kids. Pool toys, lounging chairs and towels were available. Big open backyard for our dog to runaround. The Backyard could use some landscaping. Overall I give this place 4.5 / 5.0

This home was perfect for our teens to enjoy time with their florida family. Uncle, Aunt, Grandma, and parents all enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and pool. There are so many spaces to rest, play together, or take a quiet moment away from the group. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and the host was quick to respond to questions and needs we had. The pool was well maintained through our entire stay and we used it often. It is a nice deep pool with part of it being maybe 3.5 ft deep with a drop off to probably 8ft. It is a good size. The hot tub was also well maintained and was a nice evening treat to relax a bit before bed. The location is a bit further from the beach than we usually choose but the amenities made the extra drive to the beach well worth it as we hust spent more time in the backyard instead of another trip to the beach. It is close to the Jacksonville Naval Air Base which made for some entertainment as they ran some take off and landing training drills.

The house was big and inviting. It has lots of room for large groups. However, it was super disappointing to arrive and see that the pool was green. I had to send a second message before the host responded. And the only response was to ask if I could send a picture. There was no other communication or response to the gross unusable pool.

Great place away from the City directly. Was a great stay with friends, firepit, and poolside, and we loved the pool table. Andrew and Melody were very communicative with good instructions and check ins. Would recommend for sure!

Andrew and Melody as hosts were awesome! My complaints mostly resided with the residence itself. I felt like the photos posted were not an accurate reflection of the home as it appeared more clean, pleasant, and spacious than it actually was.
Check in/check out were super simple and the customer service was top tier. We arrived at the residence and initially had difficulty finding the driveway as we arrived while it was nighttime. Fun fact, the driveway is positioned on the side of the home.
Inside the home, the floor was chalky. Not sticky but there was an apparent layer of filth that subsequently made it on the bottom of our bare feet. We wore slippers after first encountering the filthy layer.
I immediately starting taking notes of what was damaged within the home as I did not want to be blamed for the damage. Ultimately, there was too much damage to continuously send messages about.
The washer/dryer unit needs to be updated. Washing four shirts and a pair of jeans is the max.

Very clean with a lot of amenities and room for everyone. We did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the hot tub but enjoyed the rest. The host was responsive from initial booking throughout completion of our stay.

If you are looking to cook meals at this location, you will need to bring your own supplies. Kitchen is supplied with the basics. Plats, cups, silverware and a small number of pans. Beyond that, there is nothing.
If you are staying for more than a couple of days, you will need to bring your own toilet paper. The home only had one roll in each of the bathrooms.

Great week away with family…just a few suggestions…
I want to start by saying we had a wonderful week. However, a few suggestions we would have would be cleaner floors prior to check ins…we wore shoes all week inside due to dirty flooring. Also, updated pics are a must. The outdoor area did not look like the pic…as the pic was obviously taken immediately after landscaping was done. It doesn’t appear to be as well maintained as the photo shows, as everything was grown over in planters. The pool was nice, however we were unable to enjoy the hot tub, as it had not been cleaned and did not have any chlorine. We got in once, but couldn’t stay in due to mildew smell.
The kitchen was minimally stocked but we ended up having all we needed for a couple of cooked meals. We did have some water leak out from under washing machine…but looking at the baseboards in laundry room, I’m thinking this had happened before. Luckily I was paying attention and caught it before it became an issue for us.
We really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, and the BEAN BAG!!! We made lots of use of the awesome bean bag chair for family movie nights and Tennessee baseball!!
Overall, I have nothing bad to say about our stay…just a few suggestions to make it better for future guests 😊
The owners/property managers were amazing with communication and being there for any needs/concerns.
The kitchen was minimally stocked but we ended up having all we needed for a couple of cooked meals. We did have some water leak out from under washing machine…but looking at the baseboards in laundry room, I’m thinking this had happened before. Luckily I was paying attention and caught it before it became an issue for us.

The place was nice and exactly what I was expecting it to be. Def kept the kids entertained, we all enjoyed the fire pit outside due to the cold weather. We wanted to get in the jacuzzi but it was kind of dirty at the bottom with sand and other things other than that it accommodated everyone great , it was enough space and good interior design.

We didn’t use the pool nor the spa but the scenery or just having it in the backyard was great. A huge backyard and I loved the sitting area outside. Any time I reached out to Andrew he responded in a timely manner and we really appreciated him sharing his house with us…Will definitely be booking again.

Great property, easy to find. The house matched the online listing and was everything we expected. Two things that would have made our stay a little more comfortable was having a better working dryer and curtains that completely covered the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. Overall wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful home, it does need a few small upgrades but it’s really cool to see a lot of the original home features. The only complaint I’d have is the floors were not as clean as I’d hoped mainly under the beds and hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom. There was food and wrappers from previous guest (not the host fault at all) also the Master room blinds were broken (again not the host fault). Andrew is a wonderful host and checked in often. This home seems to be a popular stay so we completely understand that is hard for the host to address these things without knowing. We would stay at this home again. Thank you again Andrew for having us!

There were games, Ping Pong table, card table outside (TV hanging over the card table wasn’t operable, pool table was nice , the pool was nice, but wasn’t usable because it wasn’t clean. the host was super friendly and responsive, even after I screwed up and didn'tlist the proper number of guests. it was easy to fix prior to our visit. house was pretty big we had 8 of us and there was plenty of extra space. lots of tvs to keep kiddos out of each other's faces when they got overwhelmed.
