They allow dogs which is such an important thing for us since they are our family too. It felt like home and made us feel so much better during a stressful time. The neighborhood is very cute and there’s a beautiful park down the street. Great restaurants nearby and close to downtown. We have friends at the beach and it’s not a far drive to get there either. Andrew and Melody were very responsive and were gracious with us when we needed to keep extending our stay. Definitely recommend!

I booked this location to celebrate my birthday weekend in Riverside with a few hometown friends and it did not disappoint. Check in was seamless and the home was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean & had all of the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay. I felt right at home and the hosts did a great job making sure my guests and I were comfortable & kept an open line of communication if needed. It’s a quiet neighborhood, the neighbors are friendly and most importantly it was close to all of the restaurants/bars in Riverside. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I look forward to booking with Andrew & Melody again!

Andrew and Melody were great hosts! Their home was cozy and the location was walkable to restaurants and some stores. Anything else you might need (groceries, more restaurants/bars/shopping) was only a 5-10 minute drive to 5 Points.

Andrew and Melody were great hosts! The place was absolutely pristine and looked exactly like the photos. The place was comfy, quiet, and very homey. The beds were super comfy and you can tell they truly care shine this home. I was visiting Jax for Thanksgiving and while I grew up in this neighborhood, this place made me have an entirely new appreciation for Riverside/Avondale. They were also extremely responsive when the remote died and even dropped off batteries. I would absolutely 100% recommend this great home and would/will totally stay there again!

Thank you to Andrew & Melody for a wonderful stay this past week. The home was clean and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. All of the furniture and bedding was comfortable, which was a big plus for my wife who was in town for a surgery. Communications were responded to promptly. We recommend this unit to others and will be renting again if in town.

Andrew and Melody’s place was perfect for my ten day trip to Jacksonville. It had everything I needed, and is located in a great spot that’s walkable to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, etc., and/or just a quick drive away. Plenty of street parking available and a quiet part of the neighborhood. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Jax.

This beautifully remodeled historic home was perfect for our weekend get together with our friends. The kitchen is gorgeous and the house is in a perfect location for restaurants, bars, and neighborhood walks. We did have an issue with the beds not having flat sheets (fitted sheets and comforters only), which we discovered when we went to bed the first night and it was too late to fix it. We requested the missing linens the next morning and they were delivered to us. Not sure if it was a housekeeping error or if that is the norm for this rental.

The house was a perfect set up for our group, and was in a great location. The house was clean and furniture was great. However, the house was not very well stocked. For a 3 night stay, there was only a single bath towel and a (thread bare) wash cloth per person, and no kitchen towels. We requested more towels and were promised more right away, but they were never delivered. The description said laundry was only available for guests staying a week or more- when we requested towels, we were told we could use the laundry (which was good since more towels never arrived). However, there was only one packet of laundry soap left. There was also only enough dishes in the kitchen to get through one meal, so we had to run the dishwasher twice a day- but there wasn't enough dishwasher soap either. All in all, a very well laid out house that was clean, in a great neighborhood, but for a longer stay, and especially in Florida near the beach, it was not well stocked with supplies.

The house is great on the inside. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean. The kitchen is spacious with all you need to cook. You can park you car in the street right outside the main door. Neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. No thing to worries. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This house is adorable and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. I cooked a few nights and used the blender for smoothies. A binder with information about recycling/trash would be super helpful for families like ours that come from rural communities that don’t have these services - and also because trash cans were by the road for trash pick up but we did not know which ones belonged to the house. Minor issue. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe feeling. The beds were comfortable. And the board games were a huge perk and filled several after dinner evenings.

This may be one of the best rental experiences ever. The house was carefully designed to accomadate visitors with every detail taken into consideration. It was perfectly stocked so we could spend our time having fun, not running out for anything for the kitchen and bath. Adorable house with the most beautiful and unusual wood floors. Well renovated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Located close to Avondale, and our favorite restaurant, Blue Fish. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a great place for my family of 5. I am from Jacksonville and love that Riverside is central to everything we needed. It has always been one of my favorite parts of town. The home was very spacious with an open concept and plenty of seating for everyone! We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back!

I stay at Airbnbs here and all over Europe. And three of the most important characteristics I look for in the places I've stayed are safety, cleanliness and comfort. I found this home to be all of these and more. The bed mattresses and comforters are high quality and very comfortable and the light-blocking bedroom curtains are a particularly nice feature. In addition to a large bathroom with a tub, there's a bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower with good water pressure. There's a large comfortable sectional in the living room, large diningroom, well-stocked kitchen and front porch with a swing, The neighbor across the street came over and helped me get my car started by providing jumper cables and a jump. The area is quiet with oak-lined streets and lovely Riverside homes. My sisters and I were absolutely delighted with our stay and will be returning in March.

Perfect house for a family
Lovely bungalow in a pretty and convenient neighborhood. The bungalow looks small from the outside, but it's beatufiully designed to handle extended family. Lots of extras throughout the house made for a pleasurable and memorable visit.
