.The place was in a beautiful area. Parking was how I expected it ,but it was no problem. Loved it being pet friendly ,my furry friend adjusted well, Cute retro kitchen area ,large fridge/freezer. It was a excellent stay for 2!!

Quaint studio supplied with essentials. The space itself is exactly as it is shown in the photos. Andrew and Melody were extremely responsive whenever we reached out. Our oven didn’t work and they replaced it the very next day and even covered dinner for us! They even replaced the two kitchen chairs that were a little wobbly. Really attentive hosts! The water pressure in the kitchen stinks. We talked to maintenance and they never came to fix it. You’re not allowed to open the windows which is a bummer, so we had to prop the door open for fresh air. A little awkward when people are passing by. There is no cleaning supplies provided aside from a small broom so for those staying for longer periods of time, you will have to purchase your own cleaners. I don’t believe there to be any actual surveillance as I have never seen a camera or security system. Even so, my car was parked on the street for my entire stay and there were no issues! Overall a very straightforward stay.

Reasonable appartment. On the 2nd day the water was not working anymore, but this might just be bad luck. The communication was great and they offered that somebody would come on the next morning. We had to leave so we do not now if it worked out.

Very nice, quiet, nothing fancy. You get exactly what shown in the picture. It was an excellent stay fir us. My only concern is the rug need to be changed, its a tripping hazard. In the bathroom the stopper doesn't work and it causes the water to drain slow.

It is a nice residential neighborhood with Victorian style homes. The area was very walkable, convenient to a park and close to downtown . the apartment was clean and spacious for 1 or 2 people.

We stayed at Andrew and Melody’s property for 2 nights…
We stayed at Andrew and Melody’s property for 2 nights while in town for a concert. The unit was conveniently located, easy to find, and affordable. The bathroom could use some work and could have been cleaned a little better(urine and hair around the toilet and hair on the shower walls) but overall everything was great. Andrew and Melody were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly.

This is a great place if you’re trying to be close to downtown! We were really only there to sleep, which this place was perfect for. They have a few great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance on Main Street! Our favorite was breakfast at 1748 Bakehouse.

Asked for a normal sized ironing board instead of the tiny 8" high one that was there. Hosts refused to secure one. Made daily ironing for my meetings a really painful chore.
Other that it was as expected.
Old appliances and cabinetry. Small shower. Toilet has no lid and you will have to flush multiple times to clear the toilet of waste. Appears to be a public-use toilet. Low water pressure in the shower.
For the price point, it was good.

This air bnb was just as we expected and I’m so glad it met our expectations. This is definitely worth the value however it was a pleasant experience. I read a review about how loud the air conditioner was and it was indeed loud, however, we are simple people, it did not bother us much. DO NOT touch it though . Don’t even blow on it. It came apart a couple times as we were cooking, which is not a problem because we were able to put it back just as it was. It was clean, you can hear the people next door to you, but only if you’re actively trying to listen. The neighbors to the right are really loud, especially during the night. We absolutely loved hanging out in San Marco and was able to get to our reservations at cowford chophouse on time due to how close it was. I extremely recommend this air bnb.

The cleanliness wasn't great, and the walls are so thin that we could hear the neighbors. The air conditioning was noisy, very strong and there was no way to regulate it (it turned on automatically and there was no on or off button and we were afraid to unplug it). This was very annoying because the air was coming towards the bed, super strong and it was a little uncomfortable to sleep, and also for the loud noise it made. But it's still a nice place to stay.
The place is centrally located, with easy access to several places (we went by car and did everything by car). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and parking was super easy on the street. Is in a safe enough area, you can walk during the day but I don't recommend walking at night. Overall it was very good and i recommend to stay.

We stayed for 3 days at Andrew and Melodys apartment. It is located in a quite location. They were very caring and available at all times.
The apartment is perfect for a stay like ours. You got everything you need. About an 20 minute walk away you can find a supermarket and some Cafés. We defenetly recommend to visit the urban grind coffee company. They offer the best coffee in Jacksonville and delicious smoothies.

The place was just as it was advertised. Minimal and good for a short stay. The bed was the best part, EXTREMELY comfortable! I could’ve slept there all day. The area is in a college town and the area has that vibe, so there were some loud neighbors and the walls are thin so I could hear the TV from the unit next to us, but it didn’t keep us up at night or anything like that. Parking was super easy on the street and we had no issues even though there was a Walker Hayes concert going on downtown.
The place did have that humid air and “Florida” older-home smell to it. I’m from Florida so it didn’t bother me, but it’s not for everyone. I gave it five stars because it was as expected.
Overall, we were happy with our stay.
