Our family gathered at the Tropical Paradise to celebrate a mother’s 70th birthday and her daughter’s 40th birthday, coming to Florida from seven northern states. At the peak of our 5-night stay, we were a full house of 23, and never felt crowded – there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the nine bedrooms meant privacy and places to get away when desired. The property was nicely decorated, and everything was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor spaces with the tiki bar, large cushioned swing that comfortably sat three adults, and a great outdoor lounge area with hanging curtains to make it feel as if separate from the rest of the backyard. The pool was nice, the abundance of kitchens and refrigerators was helpful, and our host, Andrew, did a great job of communicating with us. We had no complaints, and hope it works out that we can return some day!

Our family gathered at the Tropical Paradise to celebrate a mother's 70th birthday and her daughter's 40th birthday, coming to Florida from seven northern states. Andrew was always responsive & friendly. The house was gorgeous. That back yard was absolutely magical!!! So much space for everyone to spread out & enjoy the vacay! Loved it!!
Although, hardly any check out tasks then billed me extra for cleaning after a cleaning fee WAS already paid. Plus a dog fee, then charged more for dog things we didn’t even touch.

This house is perfect for a multi family gathering. Everyone has their own space and the common areas were big enough (especially the back yard) for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped.
The kitchens were great in all of the homes, updated and modern. The bathrooms need some updating though.
Plenty of comfortable furniture and the common gathering spaces were very nice.
The backyard was amazing! You could not have more options than what was provided! Everything was covered and perfect for any occasion!
Beds were comfy, air conditioning was good in each residence. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone to have some privacy.
Great neighborhood, peaceful and quiet.
Overall, this is an amazing place for multi families and I would definitely recommend it!

We picked this wonderful retreat for our annual sister daughter cousin trip. Every single thing about it was perfect from the amenities to the cleanliness to anything we needed was there! We thoroughly enjoyed every second! Andrew was a great host and was in contact at any time we needed And just to check in to see if we were OK or needed anything. We could not have had a better host. We look forward to going back to this place again! The sisters are our mothers and they are all in their 80s and this was an perfect place for them to get around and enjoy a tropical paradise. Thank you again and we look forward to coming back!

What can I say? The “compound” was as advertised and more! We had a family gathering of 20+ people and there was space for everyone. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the bar and general scenery and ambiance of the whole place. Definitely will book again if we choose a family vacation in the area in the future! Thanks!!

Perfect place for a family reunion. The hosts were very accomodating. I would say there is a great chance we will return. Perfect shared area with a pool, hot tub, bar, and lounge area along with the ability to have some privacy when needed.

This is a beautiful compound and was a very fun place to have our annual family reunion. The pool, hot tub, outside bar, furniture and spaces to relax were all in good shape and could hold multiple people. It was great having a charcoal grill and a gas grill for our cook-out wants. The children in our family loved the koi pond and the spacious backyard when they weren’t in the pool or hot tub.
The homes were pristine and super clean! The host, Andrew, was very responsive and checked in on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
We also loved the neighborhood and felt extremely comfortable walking our dog and our little ones around the community.
This is our second time renting this property for our family reunion and we can’t wait for our third time! We would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a large space to entertain and congregate. This house has it all!
