We really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable and just as described. Easy walk to the stadium. Grocery store really close by too.

The host were amazing at reaching out to see if we needed anything. The house was clean and was in a great location. The fire pit and hot tub were great to have. It was a wonderful experience.

The only thing was it was 5 guest. One bedroom had a door but no wall. So if you in the kitchen or walking up the stairs you can see the person in the bed. Guest complained about it and was very upset about it but it was too late to find another house

Our short stay was nothing less than perfect! Our host was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was updated, quaint, peaceful and very accessible to the area. The beds were heavenly! Honestly probably one of the most comfortable we have came across during our stay in Airbnbs. If we are ever back in Jax we would definitely book another stay.

Andrew and Melody’s place was great! Super close to downtown San Marco so we could easily walk to grab dinner. You could also tell that it was recently renovated, but still charming. Great water pressure and smelled clean. We had a little confusion with the parking spot initially but they were super responsive and we got it sorted out quickly. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit San Marco!

The house was easy to find. Instructions were very clear with plenty of notes around the house and outside so that there was no confusion. The house was clean, looked amazing, plenty of commodities not available at other airbnbs. Kitchens well stocked with just about anything you would need to cook or have coffee. Beds were made with great pillows….game room is awesome. Pool was great and clean…just an awesome awesome stay.rHost was responsive and checked in on uus. I had no complaints about my stay.

Quick walk to the beach, tons to do. This is a gem in Jax Beach!

The house is in a fantastic location and very close to everything that you could need. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly if you ever need anything. The home has plenty of parking which was great for our group as well as a great outdoor entertaining space! Would highly recommend staying here.
