I can’t praise this place enough. It was everything we wanted and more. The pool was absolutely amazing and the outdoor area was where we spent most of our time. The location was brilliant, with the beach a 15-minute walk from the house. The inside was immaculately cleaned, had everything we needed and more, plus the living room area was a godsend after swimming and playing at the beach. I highly recommend coming here, and we’re certainly going to come back!

We took r grandsons to Jacksonville Beach for spring break while my husband was there for work. This property was wonderful!!!! The pool was GREAT, they had plenty of pool toys, the house was lovely and very comfortable, the area was nice and very close to the beach!!! Would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!
Weekend Getaway
We came in from Savannah, GA for a weekend getaway in celebration of our 23rd anniversary. The neighborhood was a cute and quiet neighborhood. It was a mix of construction and style which we enjoyed looking at. When we walked in the door of this house everything looked clean and smelled clean! It was nicely decorated and well accommodated. Everything was laid out nicely for us. The owner had communicated with us prior to arrival to make sure everything was ready and to let them know if we needed anything. The pool was clean and rather private which provided more solitude the times we enjoyed it. The house is in a GREAT location! It was a simple drive to the pier and beach parking, TopGolf, and other little places to visit. It was easy to get to anything. We had a wonderful weekend. We have noticed they have a lot of other nice properties in their portfolio. I would recommend that anyone interested would enjoy their stay at this house or any other! Thank you

The place was very nice! We enjoyed the pool tho it was very cold out! When we were having problems with the WiFi and microwave they were very responsive and helpful. The house is walking distance from the beach and there was tons to do! Would definitely recommend!

The house was just the right size for us, the pool was great, and we had the best location for the beach and other activities, without all the people the beach brings. Andrew & Melody's place was very nice - just as described. Very clean when we arrived and well supplied. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still only minutes away from the action near the beach. We were a groups of 4 retired guys and had plenty of room. There was plenty of hot water for all of our showers and water pressure was very good. Although we did not swim, they have a nice pool - we did get a nice sunny day yesterday and sat out there in the sun for a while.
Andrew & Melody communicated quickly and responded quickly as well when we had questions or issues. Only 2 minor issues - we asked for an extra blanket and a battery for one of the ceiling fan remote controllers - they both arrived the same day we asked for them -super! We were very happy with our stay!

We are considering vacationing at this house next year actually! We came to this house mid-week and for four nights. We were in St. Augustine and the HVAC in that house went. The house looks exactly like the photos! The pool is relaxing and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with has everything you need to cook meals. There is a charcoal grill in the garage along with beach mats, swimming pool noodles and a cooler. There are 3 beach towels in the master closet. The house was very clean.

Andrew and Melody’s home was inviting, spotless, and relaxing! I can’t say enough about how at-home we felt. It’s just the right to feel spacious yet cozy. The pool area is lovely, and there were ‘bonus’ areas around the side of house to enjoy outdoor activities w/friends and family. The interior was perfect for traveling with our two dogs, especially the side door with quick access to a grassy yard. While the distance to the beach required driving, it was easy to find parking close to access points (especially near Neptune and Atlantic). I recommend traveling with portable gates if you have pets or small kids to use outdoors. There are areas you’ll need to keep them out of, so it will make your stay more relaxing when lounging by the pool. The neighborhood is nice and low-key: great for walking or biking. Finally, the hosts responded quickly for the few things that came up. I would recommend to my friends and family and hope to return. It was our first visit to Jax and LOVED it!!

Overall the house was very clean and well located. The pool was awesome and the kids really enjoyed it! The house was stocked with essentials- coffee, sugar, salt and some spices. The only thing I would recommend would a couple of more towels for the pool, some extra blankets and some puddle jumpers for the pool. Our family had such a nice time! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home. Beds and bathrooms were great. We enjoyed drinking our coffee by the pool in the morning, and cooling off in the afternoons. Thanksgiving at the beach
Property pictures are accurate in person, tvs in every room and nice size kitchen. Bed in the kids room are for small kids, ours are 8 and 9 so it was the right size but would not work for 12+. Too cold to use the pool but looks like a good size for a small yard. Home is about 8 blocks to the beach so we walked everyday. The home itself is situated in a good location, close to the major highways, restaurants, mom and pop shops and close proximity to south beach park for the kids and Neptune beach town center for the adults. Neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, probably due to the holiday but it was a nice surprise to not deal with parties late at night.
Bachelorette Weekend
I booked this property for my sister Bachelorette and we had an amazing stay! We enjoyed being able to all sit together and watch movies in the large living room. The pool was outstanding and we wouldn't have known what to do without it!

This property was very clean, stocked with all of the essential kitchen needs even seasonings for our food. The backyard was fenced and the pool was amazing and clean, heated as well so we could swim at night. Overall the house was a good fit for our trip. We enjoyed being there. Perfect location, about a mile from beach parking. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, beach, and restaurants. The place has everything you need! Coffee, cooking supplies, towels, beach items, chairs, pool toys! We loved the pool and relaxing in the large family room and comfy sofa in the evenings. I even grilled one night! Very happy with this place! Definitely coming back and will highly recommend. Great communication with host as well!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The communication was wonderful. They replied back in a timely manner and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean as well as the pool, it was so relaxing. I read in the comments that there was no grill so I bought a small one to take. Upon our arrival we saw that there was a grill out by the pool. Shows that they take our feedback to heart. The location is wonderful. Nice walk or short drive to the beach. I look forward to staying here on our next trip to Jacksonville. You won't be disappointed.

We did not find the controls to warm the pool in the evenings nor were we given instructions on how to operate it if we did.

This location is near the beach, shopping and every type restaurant we could have wanted! For a group like ours, it was perfect; we would have had to rent 3 hotel rooms at the beach, (with no kitchen or private swimming pool) to even come close and had to pay 3 times as much. Truly a nice place, and the host's responded quickly to every question this tourist, and first time Airbnb user, had! I only hope I get to return soon....

My family really enjoyed our stay at this place. The house is very clean and comfortable. The pool and backyard is beautiful. There were some issues with a light not working and a weird drain in the sink, with these kinks worked out this AirBnb will be a great one! Great communication from the hosts and good location from the beach, too long to walk so be prepared to drive or rent a cart but it wasn’t crowded anytime we went and after 5pm, your pups can enjoy the beach too.

When we arrived the space was neat and clean. The pool was green but the hosts worked hard to get it cleared up and had it perfect by day three. There had been a lot of rain and that definitely affects the pool chemicals, so no fault to the owners.
The fan/light in the living room didn't work and the fan in my 20 yo daughter's room didn't work either. The hosts brought a floor fan for her immediately. They are VERY responsive and helpful.
We have two toddlers (ages 3 and 4) and a 20 year old. The twin beds were perfect for the littles. They are low to the ground so the kids felt right at home.
All of the beds were very comfy, the rooms are quiet, and they have black out shades (a must for ALL our kids).
I loved the flow of the house, all one level, with the bedrooms separate from the living area.

Super clean, super spacious, house had everything you'd need from shampoo and body wash to full kitchen items to even extra items you'd need at the beach.

The pool was AMAZING and its heated at night if you want it to be.

We really enjoyed our stay. For a group of 5 adults and 2 kids we were comfy. The home was clean and inviting, ditto the pool. Note the 'cozy' as you won't have a ton of space around the pool deck, but the living and dining area is generous and the kitchen well equipped. We weren't on top of each other. 3 couples would have been tight, but we put one adult in the room with two twins and let the kids pass out on the sectional, which worked out fine. Beach is just out of range to walk, but driving down and parking in the main public access was no trouble. We were close to plenty of restaurants and amenities, providing us with ample dining opportunities. Value was solid and definitely puts you in the right area for a quality beach stay.

This was my 1st time using this, and I flew across country it was the best experience I could have it is down the street from the beach! Easy to get to! Great location. The pool was nice and clean and warm house was great tv in all rooms made it nice for everyone to relax , not to far from down town but wayyy more closer to the beach I will save this location and visit it in the future!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house was super neat and clean to the point where I felt no dust on the floor waking barefoot. Andrew and Melody also are very good at responding promptly to any questions you might have and are dedicated to making sure you have a fantastic stay. We had a great stay at Andrew and Melody’s place. The house was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. It’s and easy drive to the beach from here. Even walkable if you feel up to it, I ran to the beach most mornings to see the sunrise. The pool is great for when you are done with the beach or feel like staying in. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are thinking of visiting Jax Beach!

Beautiful house and great hosts
The home was well updated and clean. Property was well kept. We did run into an issue while there, but our hosts were prompt to correct the situation and did what they could to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again. Thank you Andrew and Melody for the hospitality!
