Andrew was a great host. He was flexible with our dates, even when I changed them multiple times. He was very responsive and helpful. The house was lovely and had all of the necessities we needed. Would recommend and will stay here again!

All in all the house was very nice I gave them some recommendations on a few areas and they seemed real receptive to everything I suggested that they needed to address . We had a great stay for the Ga vs Florida game!! We really loved hanging on the back porch area the weather was perfect!!

My family and I came in for the UGA FL and this house is conveniently just 10 min drive from the stadium. Very spacious and clean if you like to spend a night in tvs are small but all in all a great place to stay

We booked Andrew’s place for GA/FL weekend! Great time was had by all. The rooms were great – bonus that each room came with its own bathroom! Fire pit area was amazing – backyard in general was fabulous! We brought our boat, so we were able to tie up to the dock with no problems! Short boat ride over to Whitey’s Fish Camp – excellent place to eat on the water!

Staying at Andrew’s place made our trip to the Georgia-Florida game absolutely perfect! From the start, everything was seamless—Andrew provided clear instructions for check-in, and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished, with all the comforts we could ask for. We were especially happy to find that the property had two full bathrooms instead of just one, as listed—it made getting ready and winding down after the game so much easier!
The location was ideal, making it easy to get to the game and explore the area. Andrew was a fantastic host, quick to respond and full of great tips for places to eat and things to do. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again for future game weekends. Highly recommended for anyone coming for the big game or just looking for a top-notch place to stay.

The location was perfect for our weekend activities in Jacksonville – game at EverBank Stadium. We were able to easily get to and from the game with ease. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed being able to walk around the historic homes and enjoy some of the local restaurants nearby. When our travels take us back to Jacksonville, we will definitely want to stay at Andrew’s listing.
